The abstract submission opens from 1 November 2021 – 31 December 2021.

RESEARCH PRESENTATION

Author Guidelines

       Authors who want to submit their work to present in the conference, in the research paper, oral or poster presentation format, please follow the guidelines below.
       All the submission must be done via an electronic submission system (Click here). The author who successfully submits the work into the system will receive an email informing submission number which will be able to track the processing of the submitted work.
       In the process of submission, the author must choose only one format and topic of your presentation:

Research should be medical education research relate within the topics below

  • Curriculum
  • Teaching and learning
  • Assessment and evaluation
  • Quality assurance
  • Educational technology and simulation
  • Educational innovation
  • Quality of life and wellbeing of learners
  • Other

2. Guideline for research paper (Proceeding)

  • The format should include: title, authors and affiliations, introduction, methods, results, discussion and conclusion, references.
  • The presentation must be prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint format and should be designed for 30 minutes, including 20 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for Q&A.
  • The deadline for abstract submission is December 31, 2021. The author that has been accepted for oral presentation must register for the conference before January 17, 2022 in order to have their abstract published in the conference proceedings and early bird registration rate.
  • For all accepted abstracts, presenters will present your work in English on site.

3. Guideline for oral presentation:

  • The format should be summarized within 250 words using the format as outline in (Abstract for Oral and Poster presentation file).
  • The oral presentation must be prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint format and should be designed for 10 minutes, including 8 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for Q&A.
  • The deadline for abstract submission is December 31, 2021. The author that has been accepted for oral presentation must register for the conference before January 17, 2022 in order to have their abstract published in the conference proceedings and early bird registration rate.
  • The work that has been declined for oral presentation may be considered for poster presentation
  • For all accepted abstracts, presenters will present your work in English on site.

4. Guideline for poster presentation

  • The format should be summarized within 250 words using the format as outline in (Abstract for Oral and Poster presentation file).
  • The deadline for abstract submission is December 31, 2021. The author that has been accepted for poster presentation must register for the conference before January 17, 2022  in order to have their abstract published in the conference proceedings.
  • The author that has been accepted for poster presentation must prepare the e-Poster size 28.6 cm wide and 50.8 cm high (example of e-poster’s detail). Poster contents must be prepared in English language and include: title, authors, background, summary of work, results, discussion and conclusion, take home message.
  • All e-Posters will be displayed continuously during the conference.

*Research paper will be considered by the reviewers. The decision and feedback will be announced for revision by January 7, 2022.
